About Markerfield

Details

What is the Markerfield font?

Markerfield is a handwritten marker script with a real squeaky texture. Felt marker ink appears to bead off of metal, paint, glass and whiteboard. In OpenType savvy applications, some letter pairs are swapped for custom ligatures. These custom pairs help reduce the visual repetition of identical letters and numerals to create a more realistic hand-lettered appearance.
