What is the Athellia font?
An upright condensed formal script that is visually delightful. Athellia pays more attention to the figure/ground relationship between the characters than most other scripts by borrowing from the Black Letter styles without the visual aggressiveness. It’s tangential connections flow like chocolate on a hot page. Most formal scripts cannot set words in all caps that are legible. Athellia’s Cap letters fit nicely together and even many of the full set of swash caps connect to the lower case letters comfortably. Its rhythm and grace is right at home on packaging, labels, Menus, Headlines, invitations, and title design. This is a distinctive font that fills a gap in the vast digital type libraries that are bereft of anything this formal and condensed and vertically oriented.
