What is the Anduaga font?
The Anduaga typeface is the interpretation of the calligraphy that Joseph Anduaga proposed for teaching the first letters in the book published in 1780 Arte de escribir por reglas y sin Muestras... printed in the Imprenta Real in Madrid.
Anduaga proposed a system based in composition rules that broke with the imitation models prevailing at that time. This font is accompanied by a set of ornaments extracted from Spanish editions of the second half of XVIII Century.
