Shinano is an old province of Japan. Kobayashi Issa (1763 – 1828), a famous Japanese Haiku poet and Buddhist priest, was born here. Together with Bashō he is my favourite Haiku poet. Comes with some alternates and ligatures and a whole lot of diacritics.
