What is the Scratch Up font?
Scratch up started out by testing a brush pen I bought. I penned down two alphabets: one by pressing hard on the pen and one without pressure. The result is Scratch Up: a pair of roughish tall & thin fonts.
Scratch up comes with all the diacritics you need.

Is Scratch Up A free font? Is Scratch Up Free to Download?
No,Scratch Up is not free to download. You will need to pay for it I'm afraid.
