What is the Petrushka NF font?

The 1900 specimen book of the Leipzig foundry Schelter & Giesecke featured this curious hybrid of blackletter and Art Nouveau, under the name Petrarka. Its narrow footprint and large x-height make it an ideal choice for headlines which harken both forward and back.
Both versions contain the complete Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets.
