The cover of the 1902 sheet music for “I’ll Be Baby in Baby’s Place” features the title hand lettered in a wonderful Art Nouveau slab serif style with many eccentric letter forms.
This is now available as the digital typeface Nouveau Slab Serif JNL, in both regular and oblique versions.
