What is the Musical Prelude JNL font?

Musical Prelude JNL is a thin Art Deco typeface with some interesting character shapes, and was inspired by the hand lettering on the cover of the 1933 sheet music for “Blue Prelude” by Gordon Jenkins and Joe Bishop.
It is available in both regular and oblique versions.
