What is the Kensington font?

Kensington started life as a sans serif based loosely on the strokes and weights of Garamond but, inevitably, influences of Gill Sans crept in, creating an interesting mix.
The single weight is excellent for titling and works as a body font in reasonably small quantities.

Is Kensington A free font? Is Kensington Free to Download?
