What is the Meridien® font?
Designed by Adrian Frutiger in 1957 for the French foundry Deberny & Peignot, Meridien is a typeface with slightly flared stems, and Latinesque spiky serifs.
Meridien’s relatively large x-height promotes legibility, and does not compromise its essential beauty and grace.
Meridien is a fine choice for texts, and an elegant display type for titles or headlines, or in larger sizes for work such as posters.
