What is the CyberScript font?
CyberScript is a full font loosely based on some lowercase letters made out of metallic security tape by Bond and Coyne Associates, and featured in Charlotte Rivers’ book Type Specific.
A playful Shimmer version is also included.

Is CyberScript A free font? Is CyberScript Free to Download?
No,CyberScript is not free to download. You will need to pay for it I'm afraid.
