About Carmel™

Details

What is the Carmel™ font?

This font has been on my drawing board since the late eighties. It was based on drawings provided to me by an old sign-painter friend of my Dad’s and we used it extensively as a caps-only font in the early nineties on a phone ad campaign. It loves to be tight set and stacked and provides real grunt when you need it. The small caps have been recently added and have been weight and proportion adjusted so as to complement the caps.
